- 1 ½ kg beef (chuck)
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- Onions as needed
- Garlic as needed
- Paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
- Prepare the beef by making deep cuts in several places. This helps the marinade penetrate and ensures tender meat.
- In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of mustard, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, and salt and pepper to taste. This mixture is your marinade.
- Rub the beef thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring it gets into the cuts. Ideally, let the meat marinate for a few hours or overnight.
- Slice the onions and garlic finely and place them in the cuts of the marinated meat.
- Place the meat in a roasting bag or a covered pan and add 1 cup of water. This prevents the meat from drying out.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) and roast the beef for about 2 hours. You will notice the meat becoming tender and the aroma filling the kitchen.
- After 2 hours, remove the lid or cut open the roasting bag and let the meat roast for another 30 minutes in the oven to achieve a crispy crust. Make sure the meat turns golden brown.
- After the cooking time, take the meat out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Keywords: Make sure to marinate the meat well before cooking for the best flavor. At least 2 hours is ideal, but overnight is even better. Use a roasting bag or a well-sealed pan to retain moisture and prevent the meat from drying out.
