- 250 g Magerquark
- 100 g Haferflocken
- 2 Stück Eier
- 50 g Honig oder Ahornsirup
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 1 TL Backpulver
- 1 Prise Salz
- Zimt (nach Geschmack)
- Öl oder Butter (zum Braten)
- In a large bowl, mix the quark, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract well. This should take about 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Make sure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed, which should also take about 2 minutes.
- Add the dry ingredients to the quark mixture and stir everything well until a homogeneous dough is formed. This should take about 3-4 minutes. The dough should be thick and well mixed without lumps.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add some oil or butter. Wait until the fat is hot, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Using a tablespoon, place small portions of the dough into the pan. Make sure to leave enough space between the delights. Fry the delights for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Let the finished quark delights drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess fat. This takes about 1-2 minutes.

Keywords: Make sure to preheat the pan well for even browning and to prevent sticking. You can substitute eggs with 60 g of applesauce or a ripe banana for a similar binding effect. Experiment with the ratio of oats to quark to achieve your desired consistency.
